HipHopWardrobe.co.uk (hereafter also: "HHW" or "we") is responsible for the processing of your personal data obtained on or via our European HHW website (hereafter: "HHW Site"). HHW is committed to respecting the privacy and security of your personal information.

We sell products bearing various clothing brands.

How do we use your personal data?
General
The personal data actively submitted by you on HHW site will be used for the purpose for which you have submitted them (e.g. execution of your purchase order, participation in a contest, sending you required information, etc).
Placing an order

Furthermore, we may use any information obtained about you via HHW site
- to personalize your HHW Site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you or our consumers in general are most interested;

HHW membership
As a HHW member, you can look forward to special benefits, such as:
- one-time registration for easy log in on HHW site.
- (only if you have expressly opted in) receipt of communication (by e-mail or otherwise) on exclusive offers, sneak previews of upcoming products, and other information ;
- ability to check your order history, check the status of your order, and quick and easy check out;
Once a member, the data actively submitted by you on HHW site will be registered in our database. Please note that we reserve the right to
- Share the personal data actively submitted by you on HHW site with other HipHopWardrobe Companies, and
- To link this personal data with other personal data about you that other HipHopWardrobe Companies may have obtained via other HipHopWardrobe Sites.
Third party processors
For the purpose of operating our business, third parties (e.g. credit card companies, shipping companies, customer service providers) may process your data, however only to the extent this is necessary to conduct HHW business. We have procedures in place to ensure that these third party companies value your privacy.
Do we disclose information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, share or transfer your personal data to any outside parties other than HipHopWardrobe Companies and third party processors.
Cookies and pixel tags
We use cookies. Cookies are pieces of information that the HHW Website sends to your computer while you are browsing the HHW Website. Cookies work in combination with content within the Website itself, to capture and remember information. For instance, cookies are used to remember and process the items in your shopping cart.
We use cookies and pixel tags (pixel tags are tiny graphic images) to track - in aggregate form only - our customer’s site usage and understand our customer’s preferences (such as country and language choices). This enables us to provide our customers with services or to improve the customer’s site experience.
